The front room has an ornate cast iron fireplace / iron grate in place, and the original rounded-bay windows bring light into the room. There is shelving in the alcoves either side of the chimney breast, and the flooring is a beech style laminate floor, invisibly fitted to matching skirting boards. There is an open arch into the dining area which makes the space feel light and open.
One alcove is designed to house a TV/Hifi/Home Cinema, and has an extensive range of outlets flush mounted into the wall (mains electricity, telephone line, cable TV outlet, satellite TV outlets, CAT5 computer connections).

The dining area is a large open room, easily accommodating a 6 person dining table for entertaining, plus plenty of storage space. Light comes in from both the double-glazed window overlooking the garden, and the main bay windows at the front. One corner is currently used as an office, so has shelving and an extensive selection of electrical points / CAT5 computer connections fitting into the wall.
The beech style laminate floor extends contiguously from the front room into this area, again invisibly fitted to matching skirting boards. There is a fireplace, currently boarded up, which could be reopened, and a storage cupboard in the corner by the window. There are additional electrical / CAT5 computer connections by the door to the kitchen.

The kitchen was completely refitted in 2003 with beech style fitted units, and has the same beech style laminate floor as the dining area. There is a marble effect worktop, built in oven, 4 ring halogen hob and cooking fan, plus brackets for a microwave over. There is space (and plumbing) for a standard sized washing machine, a fridge and a freezer. The lighting is a combination of ceiling mounted halogen lighting, plus additional lighting directly above the sink, above all the work surfaces and in the glass cupboard.
There are many electrical outlets on the worksurfaces, and a CAT5 computer connection by the door to the dining area. The windows are double-glazed.

This small passageway provides access to the back garden and the bathroom, and is large enough to hold some miscellaneous items. There are closable doors to the kitchen and bathroom. The backdoor is a half-glazed door fitting with a 5 lever lock and two frame bolts.

The bathroom has a matching bathroom suite; bath with shower and screen, a pedestal hand basin and a toilet There is an airing cupboard which houses the combination gas boiler for the house, but also has ample room for storage. Lighting is from a cluster of halogen lights on the ceiling, and there is a radiator under the opaque double-glazed window.

The westerly facing garden features a level wooden deck, which runs from directly outside the back door. There is an extra wide back gate which opens out on the rear access road. There is also a small brick barbeque built against the left hand wall of the garden, and next to that space to store garden seats. There is a retractable washing line that runs the length of the garden. On the back wall there is a 60cm mesh satellite dish aligned to 19.2E (Astra 1).

The is the largest bedroom, overlooking the front. It has space for a large double bed and cupboards, and has two alcove spaces either side of the chimney breast. There is a radiator directly underneath the large window. This room is carpeted. There are several electrical outlets, as well as a telephone, CAT5 and Cable/Satellite TV outlet.

Bedroom 3 is a single room or alternately a study or workroom, is carpeted throughout, and the window is double-glazed. There are several electrical outlets, and both CAT5 and Coaxial cable are laid to a panel under the door, but not currently appearing on outlets.

The stairs were replaced in beautiful solid Pine, with spindled handrail and fully varnished. All of the first floor is carpeted throughout, which includes the stairwell from the top of the stairs. Access to the loft is from the stairwell area through a hatch. All the bedrooms are accessed from the stairwell.
